Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

A customs/duty fee may be charged for international shipments and when purchasing at Gilded Swan Boutique, customers are agreeing to pay for all the fees regarding the package. Gilded Swan Boutique will not issue a refund for your order if your package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees. International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Domestic (US) Shipping Details:
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER US $150 will ship economy shipping (transit rate 5-8 business days)

All orders not qualifying for free shipping have a Flat rate of $8.95 economy shipping (transit rate 5-8 business days)

Choose Flat rate of $12.95 Standard Shipping for fast and reliable shipping (transit rate usually 3-4 business days)

Choose Flat rate of $24.95 Express Shipping (transit rate 1-2 business days)

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

Orders received after 12:00pm EST Fridays will ship out the following business day (Monday)

PLEASE double check your shipping address. 

Orders are shipped out of Lewisville, North Carolina. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays us processing orders.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at gildedswanboutique@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
