Refund policy

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Gilded Swan Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online and PopUp purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for a full credit return. Holiday items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Items returned after 14 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. If your purchase is over 30 days, we will not accept the return at all. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, jewelry, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, sweatshirts, swimwear, holiday graphic items, and athletic wear.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges as item quantities are limited per size. If you wish to re-order an item in a different size/color you will need to place a new order. You may then send back the initial item you purchased following the return instructions below. You will receive a store credit for the initial return. Return is subject to policies stated above.


Return Instructions:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

1) Please email gildedswanboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return.

2) Simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a polymailer (shipping bag) or box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking fee  deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items-

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at gildedswanboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
